These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Awami Fabrics website. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing it under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Awami Fabrics reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Orders
All products including bridal, formal, partywear, and daily wear are subject to availability. We strive to ensure that all product images and descriptions are accurate. However, slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to lighting and screen differences. Orders are confirmed only after receiving payment (full or partial, depending on the product). Awami Fabrics reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). Prices may change without prior notice. We accept payments via: Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery (COD) – for eligible products only, Online Payment Methods (if available).
4. Bridal & Custom Orders
Bridal and customized outfits require advance payment to begin production. Delivery timelines vary depending on design complexity and will be communicated at the time of order. Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. As most bridal and formal pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in embroidery, embellishments, or color may occur.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including images, designs, logos, and text are the exclusive property of Awami Fabrics. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability
Awami Fabrics is not liable for: Delivery delays caused by third-party courier services, Minor variations in color or design. Liability, if any, is limited to the value of the purchased product.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
