We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan and international shipping (if applicable). Estimated delivery timelines: Ready-to-wear / Daily wear: 3–7 working days, Formal / Partywear: 7–15 working days, Bridal wear: 3–6 weeks. Exchange & Return Policy

Exchanges are only accepted if the item received is damaged or the wrong item was delivered. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. The following items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable: Bridal wear, Customized orders, Sale or discounted items.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in approved cases (as per exchange policy). Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
